East Orange youth catches 16 fish at derby in Irvington

IRVINGTON, NJ — Ibn Shirley, of East Orange, caught the most fish in the boys 11-15 age category at the Essex County Fishing Derby in Irvington Park on Wednesday, May 18. He caught 16 fish.
