House tour to include gardens

They sit before a painting of Emily Chapman, whose husband, Henry, was a club benefactor. Henry Chapman donated $100,000 in honor of his wife after she died and, in total, donated $233,000 to the club. The club is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year.
