WEST ORANGE, NJ — In the past seven months, the 100,000-square-foot office building at 80 Main St. in West Orange has seen three new lessees and seven lease renewals. All signings were managed by Eric Weston, vice president for Sheldon Gross Realty, which itself is a longtime tenant of the five-story building.
New tenants include: Total Family Solutions for 2,196 square feet; Primary Capital Services for 1,239 square feet; and Mental Health Associates of Essex & Morris County for 9,258 square feet. Lease renewals have been signed by: Mandelbaum & Mandelbaum for two offices, 7,032 square feet and 2,479 square feet; Eagle Rock Alliance Ltd. for 873 square feet; Service Insurance Company for 941 square feet; Metropolitan Mortgage for 1,736 square feet; Dennis Cleary for 819 square feet; and Mykita North America LLC for 1,768 square feet.
