Zaki Jones, 33, of Newark; Jarret Mceachin, 29, of Orange; and Rasuan Foster, 29, of East Orange have all been arrested and charged with murder, conspiracy, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. Foster and Mceachin are being held on $750,000.

The investigation is active and ongoing.
