Planned striping on Essex Avenue causes concern

Regar is opposed to a double yellow line being painted on Essex Avenue and he has solicited support, on a signed petition, from Bloomfield and Glen Ridge residents.The borderline of the two municipalities runs down the center of Essex Avenue.
