Street renamed in honor of retiring church pastor
Photo by Chris Sykes Hoffman Place was officially renamed after retiring Greater New Point Missionary Baptist Church Pastor the Rev. William Rutherford Sr. on Sunday, Dec. 16. Rutherford is scheduled to retire on Monday, Dec. 31, after 38 years in the Greater New Point Missionary Baptist Church pulpit.
