Prepare to laugh! Sandler & Schneider are coming to NJPAC

DYNAMIC DUO – Longtime friends and frequent creative collaborators Adam Sandler and Rob Schneider are coming to NJPAC for live performances on the evenings of April 25th and April 26th.
C’mon, get Happy!
Multi-talented funnyman Adam Sandler is undeniably one of Hollywood’s most popular and consistently bankable comedic stars. That’s a fact. Now here’s another fact: Adam is returning to his stand-up roots with this new stage tour, arriving at NJPAC in downtown Newark with his friend and frequent co-star Rob Schneider as special guest. These two performances at NJPAC are being filmed for Sandler’s upcoming Netflix special and this is your chance to be a fun part of comedy history. As a successful actor, writer, producer and musician, Sandler’s films have grossed over $3 billion worldwide and include box office hits such as Happy Gilmore, Big Daddy, The Longest Yard, and The Waterboy. Sandler’s last three films for Netflix, which were The Ridiculous 6, The Do-Over, and Sandy Wexler, have been the most-watched films on Netflix to-date. His most recent film, directed by Noah Baumbach, The Meyerowitz Stories, was enjoyed by audiences and critics alike. After an extended absence from the comedy stage, Sandler has found time between films over the last couple of years to perform in front of live audiences in a sold-out tour in the U.S. and Canada. For this current return to the stand-up stage, Sandler arrives with fellow Saturday Night Live alumnus and big-screen regular Rob Schneider, who starred opposite Sandler in blockbuster smashes like Grown Ups and Big Daddy as well as in other memorable titles including The Hot Chick, Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo and The Animal. Tickets can still be purchased for either or both shows at www.njpac.org.
