WEST ORANGE, NJ — West Orange High School senior Elika Burton won second place at the annual 10th Congressional District Art Competition held at the Newark Museum on May 17. U.S. Rep. Donald Payne Jr. was on hand to congratulate the artists and speak in support of the arts in New Jersey.
