ESSEX COUNTY, NJ — Three Essex County musicians has been named a finalists in the Partnership for a Drug-Free New Jersey’s New Jersey Shout Down Drugs competition.

Kalib K. Adams of Elizabeth, Jamari Hall of West Orange and Rahmele K.S.
