Latino Festival has Monte Irvin Park singing, dancing, eating

Latino Festival was held in Monte Irvin Park in Orange last weekend. The event was part of the Essex County Free Summer Music Concert Series. It included numerous acts over the two days of the event plus food trucks, vendors, dancing, activities for kids and recognition of the various countries that produce Latin culture.
