Paper Mill celebrates season with concert at SOPAC

SOUTH ORANGE, NJ — Paper Mill Playhouse will perform a one-night-only, season finale concert at South Orange Performing Arts Center on Sunday, June 19, at 7:30 p.m. This song and dance extravaganza will feature production numbers from your favorite Broadway shows as well as pop favorites. This year, Paper Mill Playhouse adds its newest ensemble, Voices of Paper Mill, to the program debuting “extreme a cappella” in the style of the recent “Pitch Perfect” films. This program is perfect for the entire family.

The award-winning Paper Mill Playhouse Broadway Show Choir consists of 60 young performing artists, ages 16 through 22. Over the past few seasons the choir has delighted hundreds of thousands of people across the region with its rousing renditions of Broadway, pop and classics.

“We are thrilled to present our season finale concert at the South Orange Performing Arts Center and welcome the community to join us for an inspiring evening of entertainment,” Shayne Austin Miller, Paper Mill Playhouse Broadway show choir director, said in a press release. “The Paper Mill Playhouse Broadway Show Choir is a highly-competitive, audition-based, free program that showcases the best talent in New Jersey.”
