WEST ORANGE, NJ — An exhibit featuring the acrylic abstract paintings of New Jersey artist and former Kessler patient Joel Krause will be on display at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation, 1199 Pleasant Valley Way in West Orange, on Tuesday, May 8, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Krause’s paintings, which are vibrantly colorful and reminiscent of artists Vlaminck, Derain and Matisse, are a reflection of his own personal journey, conveying hope, strength and inspiration.
