WEST ORANGE, NJ — Luna Stage will host “The 280 Project,” staged readings of three commissioned short plays exploring the impact and legacy of Interstate 280 on this community, written by Andrea Clinton, Phoebe Farber and Doriane Leigh Swain, on Saturday, Sept. 10, at 2 p.m. Admission is free.
