SOUTH ORANGE, NJ — In response to President Donald Trump’s recent announcement that transgender individuals will no longer be allowed to serve in the U.S. Military in any capacity, South Orange will be hosting a transgender flag raising downtown to show that “everybody belongs here.” The flag raising will take place Thursday, Aug. 3, at 7 p.m. outside 76 South Orange Ave.
