MENORAH LIGHTING — Mayor Susan McCartney hosted the annual menorah lighting at West Orange Town Hall on Dec. 26. It was a festive event led by Rabbi Mendy Kasowitz of the Chabad of West Orange to mark the second night of Hanukkah. The event featured traditional blessings, music, and refreshments with latkes and doughnuts.
