ROSELAND, NJ — ARC of Essex County officially opened a group home for disabled, low-income adults in Roseland on Thursday, Aug. 4. The renovation of and programming for the residence was spearheaded by The ARC of Essex County, with the Essex County Division of Housing and Community Development providing funds from its HOME program to help purchase the property and support the repairs.
