NEWARK, NJ — Essex County Executive Joseph DiVincenzo Jr., third from right, presented a proclamation to the Ironbound Community Corp. congratulating the organization on its 50th anniversary. Receiving the proclamation are members of the ICC staff, from left, Rosa Chalquillo, Jesus Romero, Jessica Valladolid, Irenes Arce, Hazel Applewhite, Nancy Zak, Jay W. Walker, Executive Director Joseph Della Fave and Leonard Thomas. DiVincenzo has partnered with the ICC on the revitalization of Riverbank and Independence parks and the development of Riverfront Park.
