MAPLEWOOD, NJ — Today, Friday, May 13, JMF Properties have begun installing fencing and pedestrian safeguards around 160 Maplewood Ave., the former Post Office site, which will be redeveloped into the Post House mixed-use building.
The Maplewood Police Department have signs posted and will be present at the site during work time to assist with circulation.
During this work, parking spots around the perimeter of the building will be unavailable. Specifically, there will be no parking in the Village Coffee lot on the north side, adjacent to the building. There will also be no parking on the south side of the entrance to Ricalton Square, adjacent to the building.
