WEST ORANGE, NJ — The West Orange community gathered together Monday, Dec. 3, to celebrate the second night of Hanukkah. Joined by Mayor Robert Parisi and other township residents and officials, Rabbi Mendy Kasowitz, of Chabad of West Orange, lit the Hanukkah menorah in front of Town Hall.
