CEDAR GROVE, NJ — Essex County’s Paper Shredding Day will be Saturday, Oct. 28, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the county’s public works depot at 99 West Bradford Ave. in Cedar Grove. Destroy important documents safely and securely. All shredded paper will be recycled. This program is free to all Essex County residents, though participants must provide proof of residency on site.
