Century 21 Gemini real estate agent is award recipient

UPPER MONTCLAIR, NJ — Century 21 Gemini is proud to recognize Yaw “Tracy” Chan as a recipient of Silver Level 2015 NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award. Chan has also earned Century 21 Masters Emerald level for 2015.

Another outstanding honor achieved is the Century 21 Quality Service Pinnacle recognizing her consistent outstanding service. To earn the Century 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award, a C21® sales affiliate must receive completed customer surveys for at least 30 percent of their transactions from Jan. 1 to Oct. 31, with an average survey score of at least 95 percentage or better for two consecutive years.
