ESSEX COUNTY, NJ — With temperatures forecasted to remain above 90 degrees Fahrenheit, Essex County Executive Joseph DiVincenzo Jr. and Essex County Sheriff Armando Fontoura announce that Codey Arena is available to the public as a cooling center.
The arena will be open to the public on Thursday, July 7, from 2 to 11 p.m. and Friday, July 8, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
No skating activities will be interrupted.
Codey Arena is located at 560 Northfield Ave. in West Orange.
