GLEN RIDGE, NJ — Starting Sept. 7 and continuing through the month of September, the borough will light the Municipal Complex’s clock tower blue to memorialize those who died in the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks. The entire community is invited to join this effort and help turn the borough blue by lighting the front of homes blue.
