Glen Ridge Train Station stair replacement under way

GLEN RIDGE, NJ — New Jersey Transit has posted the following notice about construction at the Glen Ridge Train Station:

Access to the west end of the westbound platform will be closed due to stair replacement. Construction will begin at the end of December and continue for approximately one month.

During this time, the only access to the westbound platform will be via the brick paver walkway on the east end of the westbound platform leading to Bloomfield Avenue.

For patrons’ safety, follow directional signs and do not travel through barricaded areas.

The Glen Ridge jitneys will pick up passengers at the Hillside Avenue Parking Lot.
