Community dumpsters available in Irvington

IRVINGTON, NJ — On June 19, Irvington residents took advantage of a Team Up, Clean Up event, where dumpsters were placed at Irvington schools for residents to dispose of bulk trash items. Due to the program’s success, it will return next month on Saturday, July 24, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This event is open to all Irvington residents and proof of residency is required. Residents are responsible for unloading their own vehicles and placing their items into the dumpsters. Business and/or commercial dumping is prohibited. No appliances, electronic waste, hazardous waste, mattresses or box springs, or tires may be dumped.
