ESSEX COUNTY, NJ — The Teen Committee for the JCC MetroWest Cycle For Special Needs event holds up a check for $22,000 at the Sunday, Feb. 21, cycle-thon. The proceeds from the event will go toward promoting inclusion and supporting those with special needs.
