JCC MetroWest to honor 4 at Women of Valor brunch

WEST ORANGE, NJ — JCC MetroWest will honor four women who have made a significant impact to the MetroWest community at the second Women of Valor brunch on Friday, Dec. 7, at the JCC in West Orange, 760 Northfield Ave. Barbara Birnbaum of Livingston, Annette Littman of West Orange, Leslie Dannin Rosenthal of South Orange and Jessica Wolff of Randolph will all be honored for their dedication to the JCC and the MetroWest community. The brunch will include best-selling author Francine Klagsbrun as guest speaker.

Klagsbrun is the author of more than a dozen books, including “The Fourth Commandment: Remember the Sabbath Day” and “Married People: Staying Together in the Age of Divorce.” “Lioness” received the 2017 National Jewish Book Award/Everett Family Foundation Book of the Year. Klagsbrun was also the editor of the best-selling “Free to Be … You and Me” and is a regular columnist for The Jewish Week, a contributing editor to Lilith and is on the editorial board of Hadassah magazine.
