NCJW/Essex sponsors good homework practices seminar

LIVINGSTON, NJ — September is the perfect month to start your child off with a good approach

to homework. On Tuesday, Sept. 13, from 10 to 11:30 a.m., Rachel Kandel, who has a doctorate in clinical psychology and a private practice in New York, will discuss the purpose of homework, common homework problems and how to minimize the struggle. Practical suggestions about how to best support your child will also be discussed along with when to seek outside help.

Registration is required and programs are open to all women in the community.
