LIVINGSTON, NJ — Life in transition? Now what? A new RISE — Reaching Into Self-Empowerment — workshop is being offered to women on Thursday, Sept. 29, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Linda & Rudy Slucker NCJW/Essex Center for Women. This single session workshop, called “You First: Put Yourself at the Top of the List,” will focus on how to improve the quality of your life by identifying and eliminating unnecessary drains on your energy.
This workshop will be held at the NCJW/Essex Center for Women in Livingston, 70 South Orange Ave., Suite 120. Pre-registration is required and open to all women in the community. Admission is charged, though attendees should inquire about reduced fees and waivers.
