Set life goals this spring

LIVINGSTON, NJ — The Linda & Rudy Slucker NCJW/Essex Center for Women is offering a new RISE-6 Program, Reaching Into Self-Empowerment, for women beginning April 17. Led by trained staff and volunteers, RISE-6 is a six week series that is ideal for women who are in transition, want to learn how to build confidence and overcome obstacles, adjust to an empty nest, re-enter the workforce, gain economic self-sufficiency and healthy relationships, and increase self-esteem. Participants will learn how to build the foundation for self-empowerment.

The RISE-6 program will be held on six consecutive Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to noon. A registration fee applies. This program will be held at the NCJW/Essex Center for Women in Livingston, 70 South Orange Ave., Suite 120. Pre-registration is required and open to all women in the community.
