LIVINGSTON, NJ — As a parent, do you ever feel like your mind is being pulled in a thousand different directions? Do you catch yourself quickly reacting to things rather than thoughtfully responding? On Tuesday, April 5, from 7:15 to 9 p.m., clinical psychologist Carrie Spindel Bashoff will enlighten you about the importance of thinking before speaking, and how it can make a positive difference in your parenting.
This program will be held at the NCJW/Essex Center for Women, 70 South Orange Ave., Suite 120, Livingston. Registration is required and programs are open to all women in the community. To register or for additional information about this or other programs, call the Linda and Rudy Slucker NCJW/Essex Center for Women at 973-994-4994 or visit www.centerforwomenNJ.org.
