Start the new year off right with computer classes

LIVINGSTON, NJ — The Linda & Rudy Slucker NCJW/Essex Center for Women in Livingston is offering computer classes in January. Basic Excel which covers how to create, edit and format worksheets, enter and edit data and text, create and copy formulas, and more, will run on Mondays and Wednesdays beginning Jan. 4 from 9 to 11 a.m. Learn to use the word-processing software Microsoft Word on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning Jan. 5 from 10 a.m. to noon.

Classes are six session each unless otherwise stated and held at the NCJW/Essex Center for Women 70 South Orange Ave., Suite 120, Livingston. Classes are open to all women who need to improve their skills for job positions or who would just like to learn for their own personal use. There is a fee per course, and registration is required.
