MAPLEWOOD, NJ — Maplewood Township recently announced the return this year of the traditional 4th of July festivities to Maplewood Memorial Park on Monday, July 4, but with this year’s celebration bigger and better, with enhanced all-day attractions.
New this year will be a food court in Memorial Park as part of the enhanced daytime attractions. Vendors will operate all day providing a food zone with sheltered and open-air tables and chairs. The aim is to have a day-long fun-filled fair environment with food, attractions and entertainment.
The July 4th celebration in Maplewood is a full day of family fun organized by the Maplewood Civic Association’s July 4th Committee, now in its 114th year.
