- On Thursday, March 7, CBI will screen the award-winning smash hit “A Star is Born.” Many may remember the James Mason and Judy Garland version, or even the Janet Gaynor and Fredric March original. In the current telling, Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga fuse their considerable talents to depict the raw and passionate tale of Jack and Ally, two artistic souls coming together, on stage and in life. Theirs is a complex journey through the beauty and the heartbreak of a relationship struggling to survive.
- On Thursday, March 21, Hirschhorn speaker and noted art lecturer Sheryl Urman Intrator will discuss French anti-Semitism as it relates to the Danish-French impressionist/neo-impressionist artist Camille Pissarro.
