MONTCLAIR, NJ — Pleasant Valley Productions will stage “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever” at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation at Montclair, 67 Church St. in Montclair, on Friday, Dec. 14, at 7 p.m.; Saturday, Dec. 15, at 1 and 5 p.m.; and Sunday, Dec. 16, at 3 p.m.
Just in time for the holidays, this widely beloved Christmas tale is warm and incredibly funny, full of characters both relatable and utterly unique; it is sure to be an hour of enjoyable family time. The show follows the chaos that ensues when the Herdman children collide with a Christmas pageant that a couple is struggling to stage.
The cast includes performers from neighboring communities, with Laura Naranjo of Cedar Grove directing, and production by Elizabeth Rogers and Camille Vecchio-DiLorenzo of West Orange and Beth Vecchio of Cedar Knolls.
