NEWARK, NJ — PSE&G once again has been named a 2018 Most Trusted Brand by business customers by Cogent Reports, the syndicated division of Market Strategies International. The utility is one of 15 named to the list.
Cogent Reports surveyed 8,093 business electric and combined utility customers of the 60 largest U.S. utility companies based on customer count. PSE&G achieved a score of 783 — on a 1,000 maximum scale — and ranked third among combined utilities in the East Region. PSE&G’s score was 21 points higher than in 2017.
