NUTLEY, NJ —A birthday party for Nutley Mayor Alphonse Petracco, who turned 51, was a packed, happy affair on Friday, Jan. 8. About 400 guests came to fete the popular mayor and dance the night away at the Starlite Dance Center. Serving as emcee for the event was Phil Cuzzi, a Major League Baseball umpire.
