Get your 2018 Maplewood dog and cat licenses

MAPLEWOOD, NJ — Save yourself a trip; go to the Maplewood Township webpage for “Animal Licenses” at http://twp.maplewood.nj.us/index.aspx?nid=114. Complete and print out the form and mail it in, along with your payment, a copy of your rabies vaccination certificate and a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Mail forms to: Maplewood Health Department, 574 Valley St., Maplewood NJ 07040.

Once you mail in your forms and payment, you will receive your tags by mail in a few days. Deadline for dog and cat renewals is Jan. 31, 2018. If you have any questions, visit Maplewood Town Hall from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. or call 973-762-8120.
