MAPLEWOOD, NJ — Maplewood Township launched its new redesigned website Nov. 6. The website introduces a fresh design with easy navigation access to township information.
The township encourages residents and visitors to look around the website and explore all the new features that it offers. Quick access to important information can be found in the “Find It Fast” section. The Citizen Action Center, located on the left-hand side, highlights popular items, such as: “Request for Service,” where you can contact the township with any comments, questions or concerns you may have; “Signup for E-Alerts,” a newly designed and easy to use e-subscription page; and “Agendas & Minutes,” providing quick access to the town’s minutes and agendas with an easy to navigate format.
Forms and documents for all township departments can be located quickly by using the “Forms Directory” link located under the “Find It Fast” menu. Quick, direct access to departments, boards and committees, services, and businesses can be accomplished by using the top navigation bar on the website homepage.
The township e-blast system, which delivers emails, texts and social media messages, will transition seamlessly to the new website. Current users will be migrated to the new e-blast system. For those who wish to sign up, they can do so by adding their email address online to the website.
The mobile app will no longer be used in conjunction with the new township website. The new website design will adjust to any mobile device, transforming into a user-friendly mobile screen.
