MAPLEWOOD, NJ — Representatives from Appraisal Systems Inc. will give a presentation on the upcoming reassessment on Tuesday, May 24, at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall, 574 Valley St. in Maplewood. ASI will answer questions regarding residential homes reassessment and the reassessment process, provide contact information, and more. The meeting will be broadcast live through the Township of Maplewood YouTube channel; FiOS and Comcast customers can also watch the meeting. Residents can send in questions either before or during the event to askthetc@twp.maplewood.nj.us
Additionally, ASI will host a similar presentation for commercial and industrial property owners on Wednesday, May 25, at 8:30 a.m. at Maplewood Town Hall. South Orange commercial and industrial property owners are invited to attend as the information is applicable to both towns.
