SOUTH ORANGE, NJ — South Orange resident Andre Preoteasa held a security seminar at the Baird on July 28, at which attendees had a conversation about how to approach home video security. The conversation was led by a panel, including Sgt. Adrian Acevedo of the South Orange Police Department, Lonnie Scher of Accutronic Systems Inc. and Byron Schiel of Canary.
“Having effective home video security makes us all safer and I look forward to seeing everyone take advantage of technology on that front,” Preoteasa said in a release. “We discussed the basics of home video security, especially rapid technological changes in home video security. About 25 people showed up and there was good dialog between the audience and the panel.”
