Trick or treat in Spooky Spiotta

SOUTH ORANGE, NJ — South Orange will hold its annual Halloween festival on Tuesday, Oct. 31, from 4 to 6 p.m. in Spooky Spiotta Park. The costume contest will commence at 5 p.m. The free event will feature Wanda the Giant Witch, music, games, prizes for the costume contest winners, and trick or treating with local merchants.
