WEST ORANGE, NJ — In honor of Good Deeds Day, the annual worldwide celebration of helping others which is on April 10 this year, Jewish Family Service of MetroWest in conjunction with Congregation Ahawas Achim B’nai Jacob & David in West Orange and the RSVP Center of Essex and Hudson Counties is sponsoring a community cookie bake to benefit older adult clients of JFS MetroWest. Cookie dough is being donated by the Jewish Community Housing Corporation.
Join the bakers from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Congregation AABJ&D, 700 Pleasant Valley Way in West Orange. Families are welcome to attend and art projects will be available for younger children.
