WEST ORANGE, NJ — On Saturday, Feb. 16, from noon to 4 p.m., at West Orange Arts Center, 551 Valley Road, learn the components and signs — as well as prevention — of domestic violence. Program speakers include survivors Lisa Williams, Kimberly Rowland, Lorraine Ulmer and Melody Braxton.
