NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ — West Orange resident Roz Moskovitz Bielski, far left, had the opportunity to speak on a panel about pedestrian safety on Sept. 24 at the 2019 New Jersey Complete Streets Summit, held at Rutgers’ New Brunswick campus.

Bielski, a lifelong West Orange resident and more than 30-year owner of commercial real estate in the Pleasantdale area of town, formed the Pleasant Valley Way Civic Association in 2014 and has been a strong advocate for safety upgrades through the West Orange Pedestrian Safety Advisory Board, the West Orange Chamber of Commerce and the Nikhil Badlani Foundation.
