Bielski wins Civic Award for pedestrian safety work

WEST ORANGE, NJ — Roz Moskovitz Bielski, a lifelong West Orange resident, recently received the Giblin Association Civic Award for her community work in pedestrian safety. Bielski, the more than 30-year owner of commercial real estate in the Pleasantdale area of town, formed the Pleasant Valley Way Civic Association in 2014 and has been a strong advocate for safety upgrades through the West Orange Pedestrian Safety Advisory Board, the West Orange Chamber of Commerce and the Nikhil Badlani Foundation.
