WEST ORANGE, NJ — Mayor Robert Parisi officiated a marriage ceremony at West Orange Town Hall on Dec. 20 for two West Orange residents, Barbara Katz and Hal Blinder, who had married earlier in their lives before divorcing in 1960. The couple reunited in 1980 and have been together for the last 22 years. On Dec. 20, they made it official — again — in the presence of their two smiling daughters and granddaughters.
