WEST ORANGE, NJ — Daughters of Israel held its annual Volunteer Recognition Luncheon on April 18, recognizing close to 100 volunteers who dedicate their time to the gift shop, work activity center, laundry services, business office, rehab center, dietitians’ office, shipping and receiving department, thrift shop and other areas throughout the home.
The attendees enjoyed a delectable luncheon buffet, entertainment, fun games and raffle prizes.
In addition, volunteers from the Deron School presented Eve Goldberg, director of volunteers at Daughters of Israel, with a special award plaque for her dedication to career training.
