WEST ORANGE, NJ — Girl Scouts Troop 20455 of West Caldwell, whose leaders include Daughters of Israel clinical nutrition manager Elena Mills, visited Daughters on Nov. 14. The residents and girls had a great time beading bracelets and participating in an art studio program.
