WEST ORANGE, NJ — The West Orange Elks Lodge No. 1590 made a $2,000 donation to the West Orange Police Athletic League. Pictured, PAL President Joe DiPasquale accepts the check from James Cowen, an Elks member. The money is a direct donation the lodge received from the ENF Community Investments program. Funds will be used by PAL to purchase or repair sports equipment and perform maintenance on their playing field.
